Made with scotch bonnet and bhoot jolokia (ghost) peppers. Carmen's personal favourite. Eat with curries, salmon, as a dip for guacamole. Spice rating 5.5/10.

This sauce is unique and aged - made with fermented fiery scotch bonnet peppers - and Trinidad Scorpion pepper for loads of complexity and layers of flavour!
